At some boutiques, the Constance is treated as a quota bag. So are the Kelly Danse, Kelly Pochette, Kelly Elan and the recently reintroduced Shoulder Birkin.

Any Hermès bag that is not subject to the quota restrictions is considered a non-quota Hermès bag.
