Shipping is complimentary within the United States. Every order is fully insured, ships with direct signature required, and is dispatched via FedEx unless you request an alternative carrier.
Purchases of $10,000 or more ship FedEx Priority Overnight.
Purchases over $1,000 and under $10,000 ship FedEx Express 2–3 Day.
Purchases of $1,000 or less ship FedEx Ground.
Overnight delivery is available on purchases under $10,000 for an additional charge.

New and Never Worn Items
Any item whose condition is described as new, never used, pristine, or store fresh is Final Sale, with the exception of shoes (see below). The sale is final once payment has been processed by our card processor or a bank wire has been received.
Please inspect your item within 48 hours of delivery. Beyond that period, we are not responsible for any issues with the item other than authenticity.
Why are new and never worn items Final Sale?
Our new and never worn handbags are carefully sourced and maintained in pristine, investment-grade condition. As with any luxury asset, their value is closely tied to their untouched state and complete chain of custody. Once an item leaves our possession, even minimal handling can affect both its condition and market value. To preserve the integrity of our inventory and ensure every client receives pieces that meet our exacting standards, we are unable to accept returns on new, never worn items.
Pre-owned Items and Shoes
Online purchases of items described as "Pre-owned" in the title, as well as shoes, may be exchanged, provided the item is received back in the same condition in which it was sold.
Exchange: Select another piece from our collection of equal or greater value, and we will ship it once your return has been received and inspected. Any difference in price is payable at the time of exchange. Our team is glad to help you find the right piece, including through additional photographs or a private FaceTime viewing.
MAC Credit: If you prefer not to select a piece at the time of your return, we will issue MAC Credit once your return has been received and inspected. MAC Credit may be applied toward any piece in our collection, online or in our showrooms.
Exchanges and MAC Credit are issued for the purchase amount, less our original shipping cost and the return shipping cost. Returns are not refunded to the original form of payment.
Once payment has been processed or a bank wire has been received, an online sale cannot be cancelled. For Pre-owned items and shoes, if you change your mind after that point, you may request an exchange or MAC Credit as described above.
