This Bouton D’Or Necklace is in turquoise and lapis lazuli with 18K yellow gold hardware and set with diamonds and has a a blade clasp and lever lock closure. It features 51 lapis lazuli stones, 30 turquoise stones and set with over 186 round cut diamonds totaling 5.55 carats.
