Madison Avenue Couture Auction Terms & Conditions

By registering and participating in this auction, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility & Registration

Registration is required before bidding. You must provide your full legal name, email address and phone number.
Madison Avenue Couture Inc. (“MAC”) and/or the auction platform reserves the right to approve or deny participation at its sole discretion.

2. Bidding Rules

All bids are legally binding offers to purchase the item.
Bids must meet the posted minimum bid increment to be valid.
Once placed, a bid cannot be retracted unless due to an obvious error and only with MAC’s approval.
In the event of any dispute, MAC’s decision is final and binding.

3. Winning & Payment

The highest bid at the close of the auction wins, with no reserve price.
Winners will be notified via email or platform notification.
Full payment is due within 24 hours of notification.
All auction items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Item Descriptions & Condition

All items are sold as described. Images displayed are of the actual product available.
Descriptions and photographs are accurate to the best of MAC’s knowledge.
Bidders may request additional photos or details via email no later than 24 hours before the close of the auction.

5. Fees & Taxes

Final bid is the total price with no buyer’s premium or other chargers (besides sales tax).
Buyers are responsible for all applicable sales taxes.
Sales tax is based on the shipping address provided.
Standard shipping is included free of charge.

6. Shipping & Pickup

Winning bidders may pick up their items in our showroom or receive delivery after payment is confirmed.
Items will be shipped to the address on file unless otherwise arranged.

7. Code of Conduct

Bids are binding and failure to complete payment at checkout within 24 hours post auction will result in suspension or permanent ban. Winning bidders are required to complete payment for all items they have won.
Selective payment for only certain items is not permitted.

8. Cancellations & Withdrawals

MAC reserves the right to cancel the auction, withdraw any item, or refuse any bid at any time, at its sole discretion.

9. Liability Disclaimer

MAC is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to internet outages, platform errors, or software malfunctions, that may affect bidding or auction outcomes.
Participation in the auction is at your own risk. MAC shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your participation in the auction or from the purchase, use, or inability to use any auctioned item.
