This scarf is in silk twill and in a black and white colorway.
It was designed by Jean-Louis Clercwas and was first issued in 1956 and re-issued again in recent years; It depicts a paddock- the enclosure where racehorses and their owners, jockeys, elegant ladies and spectators meet before the beginning of race.
